The reality is we control our own lives. We can choose to do or not to do whatever it is that we want. We can choose to make a positive change or we can choose to make a negative change. We can choose to do the right stuff at the right time or we can choose to do the wrong stuff at the wrong time. We can choose to be in a particular place or in a particular time in our life or we can choose to be somewhere else or time in the future.
It seems to me that the idea of control is really all about the other person, which is why we often have to control our own impulses. If we can choose not to make a bad decision, so the argument goes, then that makes us a better person. But as I see it, the whole point of control is to make the other person better off so that they are better off too.
The main reason for choosing to be in a particular time is because time is the main thing that we can control. Time is the time that controls our happiness. But our happiness is the time that we cannot control because we can’t control it.
Time is the most important part of our existence. It is where we connect with a family member or our favorite movie star. It’s where we are meant to connect, not connect to the external world or the internet. Time is what makes us happy. It’s what we want to be, not what we see and feel. It’s what we are meant to be by.
Time is the most important thing in a lot of ways. It can be a time for meditation (with your mind in the middle), for the physical body (having a lot in your body), for the spiritual body (having more time in the body), and for the body itself (till death).

We don’t want to limit how time works. We want to let it flow freely for the natural way it does. Time is what it is and we know how it works. Our purpose is to help you get there. Its about our understanding of how time works.

I think this is one of those things that makes it so easy to not read the post and just go, “Oh, that sounds good” or “I like that.” It’s not so easy to just get there. You have to have the ability to look at it thoughtfully. So much of the time the mind only allows you to think about one thing at a time.
This is a good point, and one that I take into consideration when I write about time. It’s easy to get carried away, but it’s also easy to get lost in all those mental loops. Even if you’ve thought about these loops in the past, you might still forget them or just have a bunch of other thoughts on the topic that you can’t seem to shut down.
